I really like where you are heading with this. I’m curious myself on how Analysts can adopt AI to reshape the typical product team. Is there a future where BAs are writing their documentation as prompts to generate the MVP? Maybe that’s going a bit too far from where we are now, but I’m pretty interested in that angle.
I’m actually in the middle of working on a post about this! The concept of BAs using AI to generate MVP documentation from prompts is something I’m currently digging into.
On top of that, I’m collaborating with the AI team in my organization to automate a few of the repetitive tasks we usually handle. We’re not there yet, but it’s fascinating to think of how AI could streamline our roles making us less about documenting and more about orchestrating the process. It’s still early, but I’m really excited about how this could shift the role of BAs in the future!
